OUR MISSION

The mission of the Guernsey County EMA is to maintain a high level of preparedness, to protect the citizens of Guernsey County, to mitigate the loss of life and vital assets prior to, during, and after a disaster.

We focus on continuing programs through Outreach, Coordination, Planning, Training, Exercising.

We prepare for all hazards and for all four phases of emergency management:
Mitigation     Preparedness     Response     Recovery
